Bud began working in collision repair shops with his dad in his early teenage years. After attending Wyoming Tech he began a career as a technician and moved into shop management. For several years, Bud managed a collision network, then transitioned to a regional management position overseeing collision network auditors and field appraisers. Bud also spent a considerable portion of his career leading a large group of shops across multiple states with MSO’s. Bud’s extensive experience also includes time working in the insurance segment as an appraiser and as a Material Damage Manager. With over 36 years of industry experience, Bud is also Chairman of the CIC Talent Pool and Education Committee and a member of the Emerging Technology Committee.
