EVENT SAFETY GUIDELINES

THE AUSTRALIAN AUTOMOTIVE AFTERMARKET ASSOCIATION (AAAA) PUTS THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS AND VISITORS FIRST.

Vaccine Requirements
Anyone over 18 years attending Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre will need to provide proof of their full vaccination status.

  • You are considered fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for the purposes of attending the MCEC if:
    • you have received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, or
    • you have a valid medical exemption to COVID-19 vaccination issued by an authorised medical practitioner, or
    • you are aged under 18.

For the purposes of vaccination compliance and contact tracing, all visitors are required to check-in via the Victorian Government QR Code. Download the Service Victoria App for a quicker check-in.

Sanitising stations
Hand sanitiser stations with alcohol-based hand sanitizer will be available on entry to the MCEC and throughout the event areas.

Social Distancing
Stay 1.5m between you and others where possible, non-contact greetings are encouraged.

Please do not attend the Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo if you:

  • are an active coronavirus (COVID-19) case

  • are feeling unwell and displaying COVID-19 symptoms or

  • have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 7 days or

  • have had a COVID-19 test and are awaiting the results or

  • have been a close contact of a confirmed COVID-19 case in the past 7 days or

  • have returned from overseas (or from a cruise) in the last 7 days (unless you have received a negative COVID-19 test)
